Before I started Bliss Cafe which is a raw vegan cafe I was only teaching vegetarian cooking courses but now I teach also raw vegan (un)cooking courses.
At the courses I teach many recipes through displaying how to make them and getting the fresh taste of them, and I use different combinations of spices, herbs and flavors that I’ve developed myself. Using these unique combinations can make cooking more fun and give you an inspiration to create your own many recipes.
During the courses I also speak about health, diet, nutrition and detox.
All the prepared dishes are served and enjoyed over the session and all participants are advised to come with an empty stomach and bring their best appetite!
